If It’s So Good, Why Is It Still Beta?

Artemis 2 is stable and ready for use. We keep the “Beta” label because, as a pure AI model, it continues to learn. We are still fine-tuning edge cases (like extreme weather or returning from long layoffs) to ensure the highest possible coaching quality for every scenario.

I don’t train according to heart rate. Is Artemis 2 for me?

Absolutely. Even if you train by pace or feel (RPE), Artemis 2 generates more accurate targets by understanding the physiological relationship between effort and speed for your specific body.

Is it safe to let an AI decide my training intensity?

Yes. Artemis 2 is built with a safety-first philosophy. It continuously monitors your data and adjusts intensity down as well as pushing it up, proactively preventing over-training in a way static plans (and human-coach based rules) cannot.

Does Artemis 2 work if I miss training sessions?

This is where AI shines. If you miss a run, Artemis 2 automatically recalculates your future plan to keep you on track, ensuring your training adapts to your life rather than forcing you to “catch up.”
