Web Dashboard
The primary way to ask for help is via the "Ask a Question" feature on your web dashboard.
- •Log in to your TrainAsONE account.
- •Navigate to your Dashboard.
- •Look for the "Ask a Question" button/link.
Mobile Application
Use the "Submit Bug Report" feature within the mobile app to ask questions or report issues.
- •Open the TrainAsONE mobile app.
- •Tap the navigation menu (the "hamburger" icon with 3 lines).
- •The menu is accessible from Home, Calendar, History, or Charts.
- •Select "Submit Bug Report" from the menu.
