Web Dashboard

The primary way to ask for help is via the "Ask a Question" feature on your web dashboard.

  • Log in to your TrainAsONE account.
  • Navigate to your Dashboard.
  • Look for the "Ask a Question" button/link.

Mobile Application

Use the "Submit Bug Report" feature within the mobile app to ask questions or report issues.

  • Open the TrainAsONE mobile app.
  • Tap the navigation menu (the "hamburger" icon with 3 lines).
  • The menu is accessible from Home, Calendar, History, or Charts.
  • Select "Submit Bug Report" from the menu.
