Web Application
When using the TrainAsONE web application, please submit your questions using the ask a question feature. A link to this can be found on your Dashboard.
Mobile Application
Within the TrainAsONE mobile application there is a Submit Bug Report feature that can be used to ask questions. This is accessed as a menu item of the main navigation drawer. Click on the ‘hamburger’ (3 horizontal lines) menu button in the top corner of a main screen (i.e. Home, Calendar, History or Charts).
To ensure focused assistance, training-related questions are handled for premium and trial users only. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.
