Variation Tolerance

During the plan build cycle, the system uses multiple phases to create candidate plans. One of these phases limits changes within your Plan Horizon to only adjusting existing workouts. Variation Tolerance is a setting that controls how much those existing workouts are allowed to change. To help keep your schedule consistent, the system naturally prefers these adjusted plans over alternatives that would change your scheduled running and rest days.
