What is the best way to incorporate Hill Repeats into my training?

The common philosophy / thinking is that Hill Repeats are a form of Speed Interval Training (SIT), and so a replacement for Intervals, Repetitions, or Tabatas. As such, most people will just do a hill session when TrainAsONE schedules one of the classical SIT workouts.

Within TrainAsONE, there is the classification 'Custom (Hill Repeats)' to use for any hill repeats you do.
