How can I ensure my heart rate data is used by TrainAsONE to generate my training plan?

The best method is to record your activity using a smartwatch (e.g., Garmin, Suunto, Apple Watch) or a dedicated running app that records heart rate data (e.g. Strava). After completing your activity, ensure that the recorded workout is synced to your TrainAsONE account.

When your activity, including heart rate data, is synced from these platforms to TrainAsONE, our system will analyse and use that heart rate information in its planning of your future workouts.
