Couch to 5k (often abbreviated as C25K) is a popular beginner's running plan designed to gently introduce people to running. The program gradually builds up a runner's endurance over a number of weeks, typically starting with short intervals of jogging interspersed with walking, and culminating in the ability to run 5 kilometers (or for 30 minutes) continuously.

Within TrainAsONE, "Couch to 5k" is available as a specific Training Algorithm. You can select it by navigating to your Training Settings. When enabled, the TrainAsONE AI will tailor your daily schedule to follow the principles of the C25K progression, while still dynamically adapting the workouts.
