I'm subscribed via an app store. Where is my referral code to send to a friend?

Regrettably, none of the App stores provide the ability to simply extend our referral code system to work with them. We have alternative approaches in mind. However, these would not provide the same level of functionality and are significant items of development. Consequently they are not an immediate priority.
