My Garmin records continuous HRV, but I cannot see it in TrainAsONE. Why?
If you have granted permission for health data syncing, we are receiving and storing your continuous HRV data. There are two main reasons why it isn't currently visible or affecting your workouts:

- **Display vs. Collection:** While our system is successfully archiving this data in the background, we haven't yet added the display components to the user interface. Showing this data on your dashboard is a feature currently on our development roadmap.
- System Integration: At this stage, HRV measurements are not used by the live TrainAsONE AI to adjust your training plan. Because it doesn't yet influence your workouts, displaying it has been a lower priority than other core training features.

What should I do now? You don't need to do anything! By keeping your health sync active, you are building a valuable historical record of your physiology. This ensures that as soon as we launch our HRV display and integration features, the system will already have the data it needs to understand your unique baseline.
