How do I cancel my subscription?

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your subscription. The process is straightforward and depends on where you originally made the purchase.

Cancelling Your Subscription

• Purchased on our website? If you subscribed via our web application, you can manage your subscription directly from your Subscription page.

• Purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store? If you subscribed through your mobile device, you'll need to manage your subscription directly through the respective app store. Apple and Google manage these purchases and do not provide us with the ability to change them.

What happens after I cancel?

Your premium membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, your account will automatically switch to our free service level. You won't be charged again unless you decide to resubscribe.

You're welcome to switch between our free and paid memberships as your needs change.

**Our **Refund** Policy**

When you subscribe, you agree to our terms and acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the TrainAsONE platform, and that this action waives your right to cancel the transaction during any applicable "cooling-off" period.

With this in mind, our policy for any other refund requests depends on where you made your purchase:.

• Website Purchases: As the cooling-off period is waived, we are unable to offer refunds for payments made on our website. To be fair and consistent for all our users, this policy is applied without exception. We kindly ask for your understanding that our support team is not authorised to override this policy.

• App Store & Google Play Purchases: Although your statutory cooling-off period is waived, you can still request a refund directly from Apple or Google, subject to their respective refund policies. All payments and refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by them. We do not have access to your payment details and therefore have no ability to process a refund ourselves.

To avoid any unwanted charges, we strongly recommend cancelling your subscription before your next renewal date.
