Can I pause my TrainAsONE subscription?

It is not possible to pause your subscription. However, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need a break from your training.

Here's what you can do:

• Pause your training plan: Within the web application, you can temporarily pause your training plan. This will allow you to take a break, and you can simply un-pause when ready to commence training again.

• Cancel you current subscription: If you believe you will likely not be training for a more considerable time, you may wish to cancel your subscription. When you are ready to start training again, simply resubscribe.

Whichever route you choose, please be assured that all your existing data is safe and will not be lost.
