I have a premium subscription, but I don't see heart rate specifications for my planned workouts. What's wrong?

If you have a premium subscription and are not seeing heart rate specifications for your planned workouts, please check two things:

- Ensure that the 'run with heart rate monitor' setting under the Workout Preferences section of your [Profile](https://beta.trainasone.com/profileView) in TrainAsONE is set to 'On'.
- Verify that your synced activities from your device actually contain heart rate data. If not, check your device's settings to ensure heart rate recording is enabled.
