How do I access payment receipts?

If you cannot find your payment receipts in your email inbox, it is likely because automatic receipt emails are currently disabled on your profile.

Note: These steps only apply to subscriptions purchased directly through the TrainAsONE website. If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your invoices are managed entirely by Apple or Google, and you can find them in your respective smartphone account purchase history.

How to enable automatic receipts for web payments

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your Subscription page.
  2. Look for the option labeled "Email a receipt after a card payment."
  3. Check this option to Enable it.

Once enabled, a receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to you immediately following every future billing cycle.

Need copies of past web invoices?

If you need receipts for direct web payments that have already processed, please reach out to our support team. We will be happy to manually export and email your complete payment history straight to your inbox.
