TrainAsONE generates your training plan in a highly adaptive and granular approach. This means we focus on providing the fine details for your workouts in the near future – typically showing you a detailed plan for the next one to three weeks, depending on your subscription level, with a summary outlook for a slightly longer period.

There are a couple of key reasons for this approach:

    - **Adaptability and Accuracy:** Our AI-powered system constantly analyses your completed runs, recovery, and other factors to ensure your plan is always optimised for you. Because your fitness and circumstances can change, detailed workouts planned too far in advance would quickly become stale and less effective by the time you reached them. Our dynamic system means that even workouts a couple of weeks into the future will almost certainly be adjusted to better suit your progress.
    • Computational Considerations: Building out a highly personal and adaptive plan for many months into the future, with the level of detail TrainAsONE provides, involves significant computational analysis. By focusing these resources on the near term, we ensure the most relevant and effective plan is always available to you without compromising the quality of the AI's calculations.

We understand that not seeing a full plan far in advance isn't ideal for everyone, especially when you're planning for a race many months away. At TrainAsONE, we appreciate this feedback and it's something we wish to address more comprehensively in the future. We are considering options such as providing more extensive weekly summary information for your plan leading up to your next race, to give you a better long-range overview while still maintaining the benefits of our adaptive training.
