My plan has just changed, but I preferred my old one. Can I revert it?
TrainAsONE continually adjusts your schedule to ensure you get the most beneficial mix of workouts based on your goals and constraints. However, we understand that sudden changes aren't always desirable. You might have organized your day around a long run, or mentally prepared yourself for a tough assessment, only to find your schedule has adapted.
When this happens, you can easily revert to a previous version of your plan:
- Navigate to your Calendar screen.
- Click the Recent Plans button.
- Browse the selection of recent plan versions and select the one you prefer.
Tip: You can also lock a plan for up to 7 days. This ensures the system will not adapt or swap your workouts for that duration.
Note: We are actively refining this area of the system and plan to introduce improved ways to compare workouts and plans, along with predicted outcome measures.
